I believe
I'm the person you're looking for.
There are numerous reasons I'm compelled to believe I'm the right fit, but to call out a few:

It feels right. The culture and environment at WIP_ align with my values, mission, capabilities and interests. Not to mention, since visiting in 2021, pictured above, it's been a dream of mine to move to Colorado.
Your work is truly exceptional, and it feels like happy people making the best work they possibly can. Not only do I want to be a part of that, but it leads me to believe that more exceptional work is yet to come.
WIP_ is growing. With growth comes change, and I've found I am the type of person who thrives in change. Since learning this, I've sought out those types of environments and your agency is no exception.
BUT IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT ME,
I also believe this could be the right move for WIP.
I mentioned why I beleive I'm the right fit, but there are a few reasons it might be the right move for Work In Progress too:

The time is right. WIP_ has grown consistently year over year, and with only a few new hires made in 2025, a bold new senior designer starting in Q2 might be a viable business decision.

I'm worth the risk. With both agency experience and independent Brand Design experience, I know the type of entrepreneurial mindset needed to create scalable business opportunities. Something that WIP_ seems to do well across their accounts.

I respect your companies culture. Seriously. Having worked with assholes, I can proudly say I'm not one, and genuinely appreciate the 'no asshole' policy.
SO HERE IS MY PROPOSAL:
While I'm ready to start next week,
I know how big of a descision this is
for you, and for the agency.
So for now I'm asking you to think of me
​as a mentee.
Give me a chance to share my work,
and if you’re interested, give me a brief.
A project for me to work on to show you
what I’m capable of.
When your impressed with my work
I'd love to negotiate my potential future
as a Senior Designer at WIP_
I see this being two, 15-30min meetings:
An introduction and discussion,
followed by a presentation.
